advanced levels. They are built around separate computer science
and educational components in a fun filled environment. These components

Sports
This section lists some of the activities that are going on in
and around Piasau Camp. Be aware that this list changes rapidly and is
bound to be out of date the moment it is published. Activities can be very
popular for a while and then suddenly disappear because the children lose
interest, the instructor (often an expat mum or dad) is transfered, or
another activity competes the time slot. It is also important to note that
where in Europe, Australia or the US there might be weekly club
matches against other clubs, that is not normally the case in Miri. |

muddy bums after the mini hash
|
Second Saturday of the month at 16.30h at a different location
every month (announced a few days before the event and communicated
by email).
Hash (walking - running in the jungle, involving getting dirty,
muddy and wet) for kids -anyone from a few months to about 20 years
and their parents and hangers on. If children are too young to walk,
mum or dad can carry them in a pouch or backpack. Watch the noticeboards
at the supermarkets, Piasau School and PBC and the Hornbill Herald
newsletter. There is a mini-mini and a maxi-mini, with the maxi
(sometimes) being a lot longer. Wear old clothes, because it can
be very muddy and wet. Take water to wash off the dirt and mud afterwards
and a change of clothes. A very sociable and active event for children
and their parents.

take part in the sunday optimist sailing "races".
The children normally gather on Sun. 10.00-12.00h for training.
